Build a training deck from the demonstrated workflow

This service is for people who already explain a process on video and need a presentation version. A consultant might reuse a client onboarding walkthrough for a handover session; an agency might turn a tool demonstration into training for a new colleague. Tell us the audience and what they should be able to do after the session. The recording supplies the substance, so the deck does not need to invent a lesson from a broad topic.

What is editable in the PowerPoint

You receive a PPTX with editable headings, body text and speaker notes, plus a PDF copy of the slides for sharing. Relevant screenshots remain image assets; text captured inside a screenshot is not automatically converted to editable PowerPoint shapes. The deck is newly structured from the recording. It does not recreate the original presentation file, recover hidden animations or guarantee pixel-for-pixel reproduction of a slide shown in the video.

Example: a short onboarding session

For a recording demonstrating project setup, a training deck might move through the objective, prerequisites, setup sequence, a screenshot of the key settings and a completion check. Speaker notes can carry the explanation that would overcrowd a slide. This is an illustrative outline, not a fixed slide count or a real customer case. Your final structure depends on how much usable process information your recording contains.

Set the audience before the slide count

Let us know whether the viewers are beginners or already know the tool. Include preferred terminology and identify any section that should receive extra attention. Do not assume a long recording requires a slide for every minute: repeated demonstrations and pauses may not add training material. There is no guaranteed slide count. If you need an exact template, a particular number of slides or specialised design work, email us to confirm fit before paying.

When a written guide is the better choice

A deck is suited to presenting a process and discussing it with a group. A step-by-step PDF and Word guide is better when a reader needs detailed instructions beside the software. If the same handover needs both, the complete pack combines the guide, deck and checklist. Choose the output your audience will actually use; buying a slide deck alone does not include the DOCX guide.

Prices are in USD. English output. No subscription. For a recording longer than 120 minutes, email us before paying; do not split it into several purchases without agreeing the scope.

From recording to delivery

1. Select the package, enter the running time and share your video link.
2. Pay once through PayPal. Keep the private order link shown at checkout.
3. We check source access and contact you if anything is missing. Files are delivered by email within 3 business days after payment and usable material.
