Information we collect

Your delivery email, project title, video link, declared duration, instructions, consent records and order/payment references. PayPal processes payment details; we do not store card numbers. Basic page and checkout events may include the referring domain or campaign tag. We do not publish your order or recording.

How information is used

To take payment, check source access, prepare your files, communicate about your order, prevent abuse and keep business records. Sharing links are stored privately and may be opened by authorised personnel for fulfilment. Do not include secrets in links or notes.

Service providers

PayPal handles payments. Our hosting and email providers handle the site and transactional communication. During production, relevant video, audio, frames or text may be processed through AI providers such as OpenRouter and Google. Processing may occur outside your country. We do not use customer recordings to train our own models or publish them as marketing material.

Retention

We remove source links and project instructions from the active intake database 30 days after an order is closed, cancelled or refunded. Unpaid drafts without a payment attempt expire after 30 days. Downloaded source material and delivered files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after delivery unless a correction or dispute requires retention. Basic payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 6 years for accounting and dispute handling; protected backups may persist until their normal rotation.

Your choices

Request access, correction or deletion by email. Some payment records may need to be retained. Revoke sharing access after the project is complete. Save your delivered files promptly.

Browser storage and security

The checkout stores a private order token in session storage to recover an interrupted checkout. PayPal may use its own cookies and storage during payment. We use HTTPS and private access tokens. Treat your order link like a password and do not share it publicly.
