Choose the right kind of video-to-PDF output

“Video to PDF” can mean several different things: a sequence of captured frames, a transcript of what was said, or a written guide explaining the task. Rendun Guides provides the third kind. This is useful when someone needs to repeat a workflow without replaying an entire recording. If you only need every slide extracted as an image, or a verbatim transcript, that is a different deliverable from this service.

A PDF designed to be used beside the software

The guide groups related actions into a clear sequence. Selected screenshots provide visual context; written steps explain what to do and completion checks describe what to look for. Source timestamps are included where useful. The accompanying DOCX gives you an editable master for terminology or future updates. Screenshots remain images: delivering Word does not turn every on-screen interface label into an editable graphic.

Example: from a recording to a checkable instruction

Suppose a video shows a coordinator assigning a new client project. A useful PDF section should identify the project screen, describe how to select an owner, show the relevant area and tell the reader to check the saved owner. A transcript may include the spoken explanation but omit the visual check; a frame collection may show the screen without explaining the action. This example illustrates the intended guide structure and is not a customer result.

What makes a recording suitable

Clear screen recordings of a single workflow work best. Show text at a size that can be read, keep the relevant window visible and pause briefly on important settings. If narration refers to “this field”, the pointer or screen should make the field identifiable. A shaky recording, unreadable text or a lengthy discussion with no demonstrated process may not provide enough material for an accurate step-by-step guide. Email us before paying if you are unsure.

Share a link without sharing secrets

Supply an HTTPS video link and the total running time, rounded up to whole minutes. Grant access to support@rendun.co where required. Use a demonstration account, hide passwords and remove personal information that is unnecessary for the guide before sharing. You must have permission to share and process the recording. This checkout collects links, not large video uploads; we contact you if the material cannot be accessed.

Pricing uses the total source-video duration, rounded up to whole minutes. Choose the appropriate package before paying.

Prices are in USD. English output. No subscription. For a recording longer than 120 minutes, email us before paying; do not split it into several purchases without agreeing the scope.

From recording to delivery

1. Select the package, enter the running time and share your video link.
2. Pay once through PayPal. Keep the private order link shown at checkout.
3. We check source access and contact you if anything is missing. Files are delivered by email within 3 business days after payment and usable material.

One correction round within the original scope is included if requested within 7 days of delivery. You can request cancellation from your private order page. See the service terms for cancellation and refund details and the privacy policy for handling of your material.
