Your purchase

You purchase one made-to-order English-language deliverable for one recording within your selected duration. A guide includes PDF and editable DOCX; a deck includes editable PPTX and slide PDF; a complete pack includes both and a checklist. Screenshot images are not editable source diagrams. We do not recover original presentation files.

Source material and delivery

Provide a working view/download link and accurate duration, rounded up to a whole minute. Clear software walkthroughs with readable text are required. We check accessibility and suitability after payment. Delivery is within 3 business days, Monday–Friday, after payment and receipt of usable material. If access or essential information is missing, we request it and the delivery period starts when it is supplied. We do not silently increase your price or process a longer video without agreeing the scope.

This is AI-assisted, made-to-order production, not an instant converter. No automated output is available immediately after checkout. Source ambiguities and missing steps may be flagged for your confirmation. Check the final instructions before operational use; we do not provide legal, medical or safety-critical procedure certification.

Corrections

One correction round for inaccuracies within the original source and agreed scope is included if requested within 7 days of delivery. New recordings, new languages, additional formats or major scope changes require a separate agreement. We will not charge you automatically.

Cancellation and problems

You may request cancellation through your private order page or by email. Before production begins, you qualify for a full refund. After production begins, contact us so we can assess the work completed and appropriate resolution. If we cannot supply the agreed service, we offer a full refund. Where a refund is agreed or due, we initiate it within 5 business days; payment providers may take additional time. A cancellation request is not itself confirmation that money has been refunded. Nothing here limits applicable statutory consumer rights.

Permission and privacy

You must have the rights and permissions needed to share the recording and commission the deliverables. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials, highly sensitive personal data or content you are prohibited from sharing. Customer source material remains yours. You may use the delivered files in your business and client projects subject to underlying third-party rights. Your material is not published as a sample without separate permission.

Payment and communication

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is one-time, not recurring. Your provider may apply currency conversion charges. We confirm payment only after the payment provider confirms capture. Keep your receipt and private order link. If payment is pending, do not pay again; contact support.
